Grant Application Portal CLOSED for 2025. Listed below are the Grant Awards for 2025 – We thank everyone who applied.
#1 – Only create 1 application per project. The RED button returns you to an application you’ve already started. Only click the BLUE button the FIRST TIME to Create your blank application. If this is the first time your organization is applying for a CCCF GRANT, you must click NEW APPLICANT on the SIGN IN PAGE to create your account.
#2 – REMEMBER to finish and submit your completed application INCLUDING all required attachments by the DEADLINE of Friday September 20th at 4PM. ANYONE WHO MISSES THE DEADLINE WILL NOT HAVE THEIR APPLICATION CONSIDERED
